About Me
Zhe Lin is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU). Prior to this, he was an Associate Research Fellow (副研究员) from Jan 2023 to Mar 2023, and an Assistant Research Fellow (助理研究员) from Mar 2020 to Dec 2022, both at Peng Cheng Laboratory, Shenzhen, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2020, and the B.S. degree from Southeast University in 2014.
His research interests span emerging heterogeneous and reconfigurable computing architectures, systems, programming models, and design flows. He focuses particularly on electronic design automation (EDA) for reconfigurable computing systems, hardware/software co-design paradigms for modern FPGA+NPU+CPU heterogeneous systems, and FPGA-based accelerator design methodologies. He has received Best Paper Award Nominations at three top-tier conferences: ICCD 2024, DATE 2022, and FCCM 2019.
Student Recruitment
I am looking for self-motivated Ph.D., Master, and Undergraduate students. If you are interested in reconfigurable and heterogeneous computing architectures, systems, programming models, and design flows, please do not hesitate to send me an email with your CV.
